About me

Hi, I'm Tim!A qualified Yoga Teacher with a passion for mindfulness and the outdoors.After being at a point in my life where I felt there was a need for change, I discovered my true self, finding a sense of clarity and direction.

I did this through discovering the outdoors and connecting with nature. It brings me a sense of peace, that I'm part of something bigger. I love to hike, climb and am a big advocate for wild dipping.

Yoga became a big part of my everyday life, connecting with the breath. Whilst training as a Yoga Teacher in Thailand, I developed a real passion for Nidra, focusing on relaxation and meditation.

Yoga Nidra is a relaxation technique where you can reach different levels of consciousness.Perfect for employees in busy working environments, it can help to reduce stress, anxiety and insomnia.
Meditation sessions
Meditation is great for stress reduction in the workplace. It's also great for reconnection and unlocking creativity.The beauty of meditation is that it can be done anywhere, whether it's at a desk or in the great outdoors.I offer mindful walks and meditation or meditation within a venue or workplace.
Introduction to Breathwork
Everything comes back to the breath, if you can control your breath, you can control your mind.This is a great introduction to breathwork, focusing on the science, how to breathe correctly, preparation and different Pranayama techniques.
Wellbeing talks
Discussing various different tips and techniques that have helped me including; getting outdoors, journalling, meditation, cold water therapy and breathwork. I discuss how they can use these techniques to look after their own general wellbeing during work and everyday life.*Please note that I am not a mental health professional π

What to bringPlease bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel to lie on.You will also be staying relatively still for the majority of the session, so I'd recommend bringing a long sleeve top and a blanket in case it feels a bit chilly.If you have any medical issues that I need to be aware of please let me know beforehand.

Mind and breath by the riverside

If you are looking to reconnect with nature, then this relaxation session is the perfect way to do this.Set on a private and very much secluded riverbank beside the Afon Twymyn, this grounding practice is to the tranquil tune of water.Focusing on the core basics of relaxation, learn how the power of breath, meditation and other mindfulness techniques can help you to be present and immerse with your surroundings.
